Perhaps a journey is the answer
I feel stagnant. Something is missing in my photographic life that may be filled by a photographic journey with no real destination in mind. A road trip? A long flight across the country? That I am not sure of yet but over the next few weeks I will be pondering the journey and where it might take place. I have time off from my day job during the upcoming holidays and I think the time would be best spent by taking some time to myself with my camera in hand and embarking on an adventure. Of course this has been done many times over by wayward photographers and journalists but it is always interesting to see where and what each person goes and what they see along the way. I plan to do this, logging my travels in this blog along with photos of course. Will it be interesting? Who knows. It's really just for me to add the missing something to my life. If you follow the journey it might enlighten you or piss you off. You may travel vicariously through me meeting the people I meet experiencing the sights I see. Where it ends I don't know for sure, but I am sure it will be interesting.

I look forward to where you'll go and what you'll see. I hope you find what you're looking for. :)
